No More Napkins, Hot Water And Milk Powder

From KLIA to KL Central by KLIA Express Train

Good ! No more napkins, hot water and milk powder. Yes, we don't have to carry those thing around anymore when we travel. The kids have grown. Things get easier and everyone starts to carry their own stuffs. So everyone can relax. Now, with Airasia, everyone can really fly. We managed to get our cheap fare. So, now they get to travel by air.. from KB-JB and Singapore before Airasia decided to terminate the flight fromKB-JB due to poor respond. Since the flight return from JB was so early, we decided to sleep at the airport. It was another great experience for all of us.
Airasia also gave us whole family an opportunity to travel by air to Kuala Lumpur as well.
Thanks to Airasia.

They Never Give Up..

Great ! They never give up, be it by train, car or bus. At least they keep me accompanied. The waiting game never stop them from travelling.

Welcome To Thailand

The boys and the girl on the way for a boat tour Menam (River) Chao Praya in Bangkok
Our first long distance holiday was from Sungei Kolok (Southern Thailand) to Bangkok by train.
We didn't make any prior arrangement for this trip. As such we only managed to get a third class train ticket on our way there. We were so excited and looking forward for the train ride, even the kids have no problem nor make any complaint about the condition of the non-aircond 3rd class coach.

In the train from Sungei Kolok to Bangkok
We make many friends with the locals travelling the same coach with us. Knowing that we are Malaysians, they gave us many information and guidance about Bangkok. We enjoy the journey forgetting about the type of train we are in. What we enjoy most during the journey is doing what the locals do and the food.. hmm.. so yummy, hot, spicy and so delicious ! Yes tom-yum koong...!

Wat, Bangkok
Our first trip was only to Bangkok, free and easy. However, we managed to go to many interesting places including Wat Arun and Safari World.

Bangkok

After our first Bangkok trip, we became more acquainted with the Thais. Later, we even visited Hadyai, Yala and Narathiwat by car. Then we went a bit further.. to Ayuthia, Cheang Mai and Cheang Rai. All this were made easy with the availability of technologies called Internet, i.e. on-line booking and surfing. More about the trips next time.

The Kids N Us..

Penang
Ever since the kids were small, they are already used to travel long distance by cars, train or bus. Be it near or far, we just drive to most of the places in Malaysia. I remember, we even drive to Cameron Highland the old route, which is from KB-KL-Perak, while the boys were still 2 years old. The journey was fun with them around even though it's tiring taking care of them. They are full of energy running around and let you chasing after them, from one place to another.

One of the reason why I published out this blog is because I want to share out those happy moments with the world. I enjoy watching these old photos and I just think they are cute enough to share around.

Watching them growing up is one the best moment I had. They are trained to be independent to take care of their own self That's the reason I think the boys learn to be able to cook when they are about 10.
Zoo Negara, Kuala Lumpur Even below 10, we have travelled together to places around most of the Peninsular Malaysia. We even sleep in cars and stop by the highway for a short nap, and taking bath and refreshment at the R&R. We are just a bunch of easy traveller. No fuss at all. Just for your info, we never take a guided tour before. Not that we are trying to save cost, but I think it's is more adventurous. And most of all is the time we had together as a family because the rest of the time we are busy with our work.
Rasa Sayang Apartment and Hotel, Penang Places that we had being to during their childhood times include Kuala Lumpur, Perlis, Ipoh, Cameron Highland, Taman Negara (Merapoh, Kuala Tembeling ), Singapore, Johore Baharu, Kuala Terengganu, Tasik Kenya, Penang and Pulau Banding.

Four Years Later..

Four years later, we recruited another new member to the team. This time it's a girl. That's it. My life time partner / companion told me, it enough ! Enough is enough ! We have sufficient team members to start our journey. Journey of fun, journey of bringing up a family. Journey to start a quality family and being parents. It's about struggling and quality of life and also to enjoy life to the fullest. Perhaps, a journey with full of adventures and experience waiting ahead with great promises. And the story begins..

The Team Starts Growing..

It was just me.. and later the team starts growing and become just me N us ! This is my twin sons. This is way back about 16 years ago. These are the cutest photos I have taken on these two fellas... The headache begins for me, and so is fatherhood. Milk powders, napkin, baby clothing, powders and baby soaps.. all bought by dozens..

Old Photos Tells Sad Stories..

Looking aback, I am not aways the lucky guy. Not always the lucky person. Worst till, is my dad who have to face all those difficulties in bringing us up. Yup, I agreed..., I have experienced through the good times and the bad times, the happy times and the sad times, time to cry and time to laugh, time to struggle and time to relax.

During my early teens, my mom left us to attend to God's calling at the age of 38. I was eleven.
I also experienced our house on fire while I was almost 9 or 10.

Flood is something we have to enjoy with it, since we can't control it.
This is a picture of me... standing third from left.

During the good times or happy times, we Malaysian always celebrate the occasion with food or dinner, be it an achievement for something, wedding, new year or a birthday party.

Whatever those moments are about, I take it as a lesson to learn. Let those history teaches us to plan for our future ahead. Never let the fate to decide our future, but instead be prepare and plan our days ahead and let the future be in our control. The future is in our hands..

Welcome to it's me.. just me N us

Hi, and welcome to this personal blog of mine. I'm not so sure how you ended up this page, but I am sure it's either by an invitation or you might have accidentally pop into here after clicking here and there. Whatever it is, you are welcome to blog around here to have a peep and see what's we have been up to lately. Since this is my first posting over here, let me introduce myself and the whole team. This is a family blog of mine, and us all which of course comprises of the family members.. my wife, the twin boys and the youngest girl. Innitially, I was not receptive at all about this whole idea of publishing our own photos on the blog. I started my own homepage or also call webpage way back since 1998. But I only published my own and only potrait of myself with the rest about some write up, which I can't even remember. I use to hear many comments about blogging.. people who says it's all about rubbish, bloggers are "goblok" and it's not safe to publish children's photos on the net and etc. After so many years of listening to so many stories, I have make up my mind and made my decision.. what the heck ! just do it.. and let the whole world know that we do exist in this world ! Afterall, we are living is this world of new technologies ! I remember once my Human Resource manager told me, if you obtain an additional qualification while working, shout it out, cos no one will know about it without you informing about it yourself.. So here we are, it's me.. just me N us..
