Kinohimitsu - A J'pan D'tox Tea

I always wanted to do a detox programme as well as reducing my weight. I used to be 89kg standing at 5 ft 10 inches tall. It takes me bloody 3 years to finally reduce to 85.5 kg. Well, I have to admit working out at the gym alone just doesn't work for me, and cutting down food alone without exercising also just doesn't work. It really needs both. But people like me with so tight schedule with work, don't have much time to be at the gym everyday. Moreover, I have other commitments as well. Worst still, I have some regular friends who enjoy my company for food and some drinking session at the karaOks and some hangouts.

So, after reading kennysiadotcom with what he experience on the detox programme, I decided to follow suit. After all, what he wrote seems convincing enough and moreover his own experience. So, I was thinking.. what the hack. Just try it, since it works for him.., it will works for me too. The product he was experiencing was called TruDtox. So the best time to try was no other than the long Chinese New Year break. So, on the morning.. third day of Chinese New Year, I decided to go out shopping for the product. I was so enthusiastic that I went to search for the product all over KB town but invain. The product was not even available at the shelves at all the pharmarcies which I went to. At last I decided to go for the next alternative or the next best. Just like what they use to say.., if you can't have 1st class, go for 2nd class. And so I got this alternative product called Kinohimitsu. And this is what it says at the packing:

I follow the instruction just like what it stated. Two tea bags per day after meal. Want to know what happens ? Well it flush ! It flushes ! Just as I was expecting, it really flush immediately after every meal. So, visiting relatives makes very horrible and painfull as I need to stop looking for toilets every now and then.

I can't recall the number of times I went to the toilets, but my bowels are really irregular even including midnight calls.

I have started working today after the long break. I already have a bad experience this morning after having a light breakfast with my client. Not going to talk about it. All I want to know is how effective is the product.. by the day I complete the programe. I still have 11 tea bags to go...
