Kami Cuma Manusia, Insan dan Orang .
I'll pray to God.
When I am hurt,
I'll pray to God.
When I'm in difficulty,
I'll Pray to God.
When I am scare,
I'll pray to God.
When I am worry,
I'll pray to God.
When I am sick,
I'll pray to God.
When I am in need,
I'll pray to God.
When I am broke,
I'll pray to God.
When I am in trouble,
I'll pray to God.
When I am lost,
I'll pray to God.
No matter what,
I'll still pray to God.
Now that we'll be celebrating 51st Merdeka Day this 31st August, I pray to God that Malaysia will be a better place to live in, with true spirit of Muhibah and let there be fairness to all races and religions. Our parents are born Malaysian. We are born Malaysian. Our Children are born Malaysian. Let there be equal rights in education for our children and our great great grand children.
I can still recall when my daughter was in Standard Three, five years ago. She brought back the lyrics for the song "Jalur Gemilang", to practice before the school celebration of Merdeka Day. When she sing, everyone at home felt so patriotic and sing along with her. That makes us feel so proud to be a Malaysian !
Wishing all Malaysian Happy Independent Day !
Perpaduan Teras Kejayaan.

Dare To Dream ?
Photo: Sunset scene at Kelantan River, infront of Ridel Hotel
I don't really know. Different people have different needs and wants. My friends are investing into business, and planning for their retirement. Some even going off the track by doing business conflicting against their present job regulations. Some take up part-time jobs as MLM agents, insurance and selling Mutual funds.
That's nothing wrong with it provided that you have the passion for it and if it is not against your employer's regulation. I wouldn't take risk for that considering the present economy we are facing, where most companies or employers are eyeing on the wrong doing of their staffs with the hope of getting rid of them for the sake of cutting cost. You can call me a coward or a non-risk taker. No, I won't give them a chance. Not at all. Especially finding a job down here in a small little town which is so difficult and to compete with the younger generation.
Some of them even put forward all their life savings into some business programme or a joint venture, knowing that they can't even participate fully in the management because they are still employed by others. They think it's safe. But my question to them is how safe is safe and what is the degree of risk taken. Always remember, the higher the risk, the higher returns. To me, to invest into a business is like gambling though it's not.
Some says, no risk no gain. I think I will take one step at a time. See what happens next. Right now, I will continue working and enjoy with what I have right now. Frankly speaking, I love meeting people, trying to meet and achieve company's targets and at the same time adhering to the rules and regulations. Only along the way, you tend to meet very annoying and irritating people. Well, life is such. You don't get sunshine everyday.
Womanising or mistress ? Not in my dream. Haha.. I know people who do it. At this age, why going all the trouble starting it over again. You have your kids to take care of. In my opinion, their education is an investment. No matter what, I have to make sure my kids get to go to higher learning institution or at least to the university level. That's part of every parent's dream.
Party and fun is ok once in a while and within limits. After all, life is on loan to us. Every one of us is entitle to have fun within our means. But of course that depends of what type of fun we are talking about. Even our children should be entitle for fun in their life. After all, they are children for only a short while. Adulthood is waiting for them. Don't stuff them with books, reading, homework, tuition, piano lessons etc. One thing I notice of my children is that, they are what we used to be. No matter how naughty they are, they are the results of what we used to be during our childhood. If they disobey us, it's because we use to disobey our parents during our younger days. Well, history does repeats by itself.
Right now, my only wish is that I have all the courage to go through all the difficulties I am facing right now, strength, good health, happy family and enough money to keep on living and dreaming.

Goodbye Doesn't Mean Forever Dear..
My twin sons called up last week to ask permission to come back for the weekend. I allowed them on the condition that they must not missed any classes. So they bought the tickets back by train. Coincidentally that it's also the school holiday break for my 14 years old daughter, so I took 2 days off as well to get along with them together for the week end from Friday till Sunday.
They arrived on Friday morning at Wakaf Baharu station. Since it's also the Chinese festival "All Soul's day", I also took them to pray to the ancestors at the temple. Later, we went for lunch at KFC, then to shop for some necessities to bring back at The Store, Jalan Padang Garong and KB Mall. At night they requested for dinner for some spicy food which they missed so much because they couldn't find anything matchable at Uniten area. So I brought them at the one near Chabang Empat, Wakaf Bharu.
The following day, they had an appointment with their ex-Class mates at KB Mall. My 14 years old daughter wanted to follow the twin brothers along. Knowing that she got her 3 hours tuition class, I initially told her to join the brothers later. She kept asking and begging since the morning. She not only have to get the permission from me, she also have to ask the permission from the brothers to bring her along. But she have her way to "manja" with her brothers. They finally allowed her. Out of feeling pity, I allowed her to follow them. After all, they will only meet again.. maybe September.
Later part of the day, I brought the kids to Tesco for more shopping. This time we brought those can food and Maggi Instant food. Since the price near Uniten is so much more expensive, we bought in bulk especially Maggi Instant Porridge. After all, they are light to carry. During the evening, we went to a simple restaurant for dinner, and went back earlier for the day as the twins have to pack for their return journey tomorrow morning by train. For the two days, our time was quite occupied and busy.
Today morning, everyone woke up very early about 6 am. My wife and I decided to bring the twins for a better breakfast before heading to the station as it will take about 12 hours to reach their destination, Kajang. Since it was still early, around 8.30 am when we finally arrived at the Wakaf Baharu station, I thought it would be a better idea if we have another round of breakfast.. emm tea at the "gerai" somewhere near. We talk and talk and I asked the twins about their life in Uniten, never realize about my daughter who kept silent during the whole conversation.
Almost 9.25 am, the train arrived from Tumpat. The twins got into their coach. We have to wait from the outside and watched them. In just a short while, the whistle was blown. The train is about to move. Everyone waving goodbye from the outside and inside. My twins waving goodbye to us. I noticed that my daughter is not waving to them. I looked at her. She was putting her fingers trying to cover her eyes. The twins waving to her again and again from inside. Her tears stars to flow. I never expect this to happen. It was supposed to be a happy farewell and with lots of laughter since its only a short farewell. As the train moved further, she can't help to control herself and cried. She cried and cried. My wife saw her and she starts to wept as well.
And that makes me sad too. I know she gonna missed her brothers a lot, especially after the 2 days get together. She cried and cried as she walked to the car. Everyone kept silent in the car as I sent my wife off to her office.
As the parent, I am happy not because of the farewell nor because she cried. I am happy because there is a relationship between brothers and sister among my children. There is a bond between them. The closeness between the siblings. The love and caring. That's what every parents hope to see among their children.
All I want to tell them is that.. my dear, this goodbye is not forever. This farewell will make you all braver and stronger in facing the world.. the world with full of challenges and uncertainties ahead.
----------------------------------------------------------
3.30 p.m. My daughter and I at home. She kept herself alone in the room doing her holiday work and listen to songs from the youtube with her laptop. The house is back to quietness and loneliness.
She decided to cook instant maggie mee for two of us. We ate and talk for awhile. The table place is so quiet and so is the mee... plain and simple...

Management Lessons For Life
Lesson 1
A man is getting into the shower just as his wife is finishing up her shower, when the doorbell rings. The wife quickly wraps herself in a towel and runs downstairs. When she opens the door, there stands Bob, the next-door neighbor. Before she says a word, Bob says, "I'll give you $800 to drop that towel." After thinking for a moment, the woman drops her towel and stands naked in front of Bob, after a few seconds, Bob hands her $800 and leaves. The woman wraps back up in the towel and goes back upstairs. When she gets to the bathroom, her husband asks, "Who was that?" "It was Bob the next door neighbor," she replies. "Great," the husband says, "did he say anything about the $800 he owes me?"
Moral of the story: If you share critical information pertaining to credit and risk with your shareholders in time, you may be in a position to prevent avoidable exposure.
Lesson 2
A priest offered a Nun a lift. She got in and crossed her legs, forcing her gown to reveal a leg. The priest nearly had an accident. After controlling the car, he stealthily slid his hand up her leg. The nun said, 'Father, remember Psalm 129?' The priest removed his hand. But, changing gears, he let his hand slide up her leg again. The nun once again said, 'Father, remember Psalm 129?' The priest apologized 'Sorry sister but the flesh is weak.' Arriving at the convent, the nun sighed heavily and went on her way. On his arrival at the church, the priest rushed to look up Psalm 129. It said, 'Go forth and seek, further up, you will find glory.'
Moral of the story: If you are not well informed in your job, you might miss a great opportunity.
Lesson 3
A sales rep, an administration clerk, and the manager are walking to lunch when they find an antique oil lamp. They rub it and a Genie comes out. The Genie says, 'I'll give each of you just one wish.'
'Me first! Me first!' says the admin clerk. 'I want to be in the Bahamas, driving a speedboat, without a care in the world.' Puff! She's gone.'Me next! Me next!' says the sales rep. 'I want to be in Hawaii , relaxing on the beach with my personal masseuse, an endless supply of Pina Coladas and the love of my life.' Puff! He's gone. 'OK, you're up,' the Genie says to the manager.
The manager says, 'I want those two back in the office after lunch.'
Moral of the story: Always let your boss have the first say.
Lesson 4
An eagle was sitting on a tree resting, doing nothing. A small rabbit saw the eagle and asked him, 'Can I also sit like you and do nothing?' The eagle answered: 'Sure, why not.' So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the eagle and rested. All of a sudden, a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it.
Moral of the story: To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very, very high up.
Lesson 5
A turkey was chatting with a bull. 'I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree' sighed the turkey, 'but I haven't got the energy.'
'Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?' replied the bull. They're packed with nutrients.' The turkey pecked at a lump of dung, and found it actually gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree. The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch. Finally after a fourth night, the turkey was proudly perched at the top of the tree. He was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot him out of the tree.
Moral of the story: Bull Shit might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there..
Lesson 6
A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold the bird froze and fell to the ground into a large field. While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him. As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was. The dung was actually thawing him out! He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy. A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate. Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him.
Morals of the story:
(1) Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy.
(2) Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend.
(3) And when you're in deep shit, it's best to keep your mouth shut!

I only Care for you..
Have you ever say you care for that somebody with all your heart ? Or have you ever really say it to him or her ? Sometimes it's just too difficult to say it out from our mouth. Maybe we do really care, but the words just refuse to come out. May be it's the ego in us, because we just don't want to let others feel the soft part of us.
I know these are precious words. You don't say it too often. You only say it to that special person. But some how, if your feeling is genuine, why hesitate to say it ? Just say it. Say it with all your heart. Say it truthfully. Show it and say it. But make sure you mean it ! Don't play play with it. It's hurt full if you just play with it.
All I want to say is.. just say it before it's too late.
Teressa Teng with the Japanese version of "I only Care for you" a.k.a.
Toki No Nagare Ni Mi Wo Makas
The late Teressa Teng with her ever popular hits "I only care for you".
Watch this youtube and listen to Teressa Teng sing them with all her heart. I don't really understand the song but my heart melt when I hear her sing. It makes me feel like crying. She is a superstar and known all over the world. She past away in Cheang Mai, Thailand. Teressa, your song will always be in our heart...

A Sodomy Economy ?
Sodomy Economy. What does that means ? Got this from One Night Stand. I don't know what that means either. It's a mess up words. Just like the state we are in now. Politically mess up. Economy mess up. And socially mess up !
Yes our politics are in a mess. No elaboration needed. You sodom me, I sodom you. So who is right and who is wrong, only God knows !
Social ? Needless to say more.
Economy ? When prices goes up, the manufacturers are making huge profits. Check out what the papers are reporting, even today about Steel Milers. When price goes up, the stake holder will be happy, the employer is happy and employees will be laughing all the way to the bank ! But the reverse when comes to Oil prices. Malaysia is an oil producer country. When price of oil goes up, the nation suffers. Shouldn't we all feel happy when the price of oil goes up, just like the millers where benefits are distributed ? When price of oil goes down, only the nation will be happy. Maybe we are in a state of Sodomy Economy, where things works on the other way round !
